Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 22 April 2026
Purpose
Mantra Technology is a platform for professional use. This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the content and behaviour rules that keep the Service safe, legal, and professional for everyone.
By using the Service you agree to these rules. Breach of the Policy may lead to content removal, a warning, account suspension, or permanent termination without refund.
Prohibited Content
You must not use the Service to generate, request, store, or share content that:
- Depicts sexually explicit, pornographic, or suggestive material, or nudity in any form.
- Sexualises, or depicts in a sexual context, a minor in any form. This is a zero-tolerance rule. Violations will be reported to the relevant authorities.
- Depicts a real, identifiable individual — public figure or private person — without documented consent.
- Constitutes a deepfake of a public figure, including but not limited to political figures, celebrities, or executives.
- Depicts graphic violence, gore, self-harm, or the glorification of violent acts.
- Promotes hate speech, harassment, slurs, extremist ideologies, Nazi or terrorist symbols or messaging.
- Infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights — including reproducing the work of a named artist in an identifiable style without rights.
- Violates French law, EU law, or the law of the jurisdiction in which you access the Service.
- Solicits, enables, or facilitates unlawful acts.
Prohibited Behaviour
- Sharing your account credentials, or reselling access to the Service.
- Attempting to bypass the content filters, rate limits, or usage quotas.
- Scraping, reverse-engineering, or abusing the application programming interface.
Enforcement
We review flagged content and may act on automated signals. Sanctions are proportionate to the breach — from a warning for a first minor issue, to immediate permanent termination for severe or repeated breaches (including any breach of the zero-tolerance rule).
Detection
Prompts are automatically screened before submission (two-layer filter covering English and French profanity plus a domain wordlist) and generated outputs pass through the provider's own content moderation. Blocked prompts are logged (in hashed form) so that we can detect abuse patterns.
Reporting
To report abuse, unlawful content, or a safety concern, email abuse@mantratechnologie.com with as much detail as possible (generation identifier if available, description of the issue, your contact information if you would like a response).
